4. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

5. Bonus & Promotion Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jz528 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• jz528 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• Not all games may contribute equally to bonus wagering — please refer to the specific promotion's terms.

5.4 VIP Program

jz528's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members receive up to 0.7%, and Gold members receive up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent activity and account history.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jz528 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of jz528 or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this property without written permission is prohibited.

The game software used on the platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and other providers) is owned by their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

jz528 is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• A game session being interrupted due to internet connectivity issues or device failure.
• Losses caused by third-party software errors.

• Services that cannot be provided under applicable law.
